A Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a Business Analyst in Princeton, NJ.

Role Description

Exceptional communication and business analysis skills to:
• Understand scientific lab workflows/process in Cell Therapy Research
• Translate scientific workflows/process into Process diagrams and User Stories for software configuration/development
• Conduct training sessions to train scientists in new functionalities/worklfows in the ELN/LIMS systems
• Develop training content and support trouble shooting of software functionality for end users

Skills & Requirements

• BS or MS scientific degree, in one of the following
• Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Computational Sciences, Biomedical Informatics, Research Informatics, or related areas with experience in relevant informatics/IT platforms and solutions
