The Brand Licensing & Merchandise Manager reports to the New Holland North American Commercial Marketing Director. This role is responsible for extending the New Holland brand to merchandise applications such as apparel, toys, home décor, books, and office supplies. You will manage our brand's licensees and suppliers with the goal of meeting predetermined revenue targets and growth goals.

The person to fill this role will be expected to be collaborative and work closely with cross-functional external and internal teams, including management, and initiate proactive, streamlined, and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders to increase brand awareness within the market. This individual is responsible for working effectively with both agency and internal teams to deliver projects that drive company results following established strategic objectives, timelines and budget goals. Merchandise managers should thrive under pressure and be available to travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainable strategy for long-term growth of New Holland as a lifestyle brand.
  • Fiscal responsibility for assigned categories to include annual budget planning and quarterly revenue forecasting.
  • Strategize and develop new business opportunities. Analyze account performance and develop growth goals that are aligned with New Holland's global brand vision and strategy.
  • Work with New Holland marketing colleagues to support marketing campaigns using social media, email activations, etc.
  • Lead licensee portfolio / co-manage where relevant with internal collaborators (contract negotiation, data management, approvals, submissions, and promotion /advertising) and daily relationship with licensees.
  • Be the ambassador for the category. Research and understand competitive landscape. Analyze market trends, consumer trends, retailer, and industry need.
  • Support Director in everyday responsibilities such as contract and amendment process, financial analysis, preparing presentations and other projects.
  • Comprehend and appreciate brand vision to improve compelling new product for relevant categories reflecting New Holland's latest innovations, product quality and mission.
  • Develop product strategies, merchandising and marketing plans to ensure that sales are improved, and marketing goals are met.
  • Run New Holland, PA site company store and requisite contract employees

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 5 years' experience with brand positioning, retail business development, retail distribution, and the retail environment
  • Willingness and availability to travel internationally and nationally
  • Agricultural, construction, or industrial product knowledge, and the willingness to learn latest developments

The salary offered for this position will most likely fall between $90,000 and $137,000 annually. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
