Atlassian Administrator
The JIRA, Confluence administrator is responsible for creating and organizing the layout, design, workflow, and dashboards of the Atlassian environment. The administrator's focus is to ensure each person on the project team has access to all materials needed.
Requirements
3 years - 5 years experience administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk)
3+ years of experience performing Jira implementations including workflow configuration, schema configuration, and JQL.
Create custom workflows, screens, fields, and reporting, and provide ongoing support and configuration maintenance.
Develop effective dashboards and reporting to support leadership and delivery teams.
Configure, manage, and enhance Jira and Confluence tools.
Provide subject matter expertise in discussions regarding governance within JIRA.
Create, manage, and support all administrative functions associated with the Atlassian product suite
Conduct training for employees and new hires on JIRA and briefing the team/s on new functionalities.
Working knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Nice to have
SAFe certifications, experience, or strong knowledge is preferred.
Confluence, bitbucket administration knowledge.
Knowledge of script runner is a plus.
Knowledge of Python and other software languages is a plus.
