Description:
Judge Healthcare is seeking Medical Receptionist for an opening with one of our top clients in the El Segundo, CA area.

Position Details:

Title: Medical Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator

Location: El Segundo, CA 90245

Type of Engagement: Contract

Rate: hourly

Specific Duties:

• Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support within area of responsibility that may include telephone support, filing, typing, coordinating schedules, distributing correspondence, materials management, data entry, simple data analyses, and rudimentary reporting. All within established legal guidelines and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  
• Manage the intake of members or the admission/discharge information post notification
• Manage the referral process, processing incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census roles

Requirements/Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
• 1+ years of healthcare experience
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role.
  

Hours:

• Work hours: 8am-5pm/ M-F
