Company seeking assistant superintendents and field engineers looking to advance their careers in a busy Multifamily market.
The Company profile:I have a client seeking Superintendents of all levels of seniority for Multi-Family builds in Austin, preferably with concrete podium/wrap and wood framing experience. This company has 3 years of secured work in Austin as well and the surroundings area and has been operating for 8 years in the area achieving consistent work and rapid growth. Projects average anywhere from 20 million to 60 million. They are looking for someone who is looking to begin their superintendent career and mold them with the knowledge they have learned from working at some of the biggest and well respected general contractors in Texas.
Your new role you will be joining the team working as an Assistant Superintendent supervising $30M+ projects from the ground-up.
What you'll need to succeed

• This position will be responsible for assisting in promoting safety awareness, schedule, coordinate, and supervise craft employee activities. May involve supervising one or more trade groups working in particular construction discipline.
• The successful candidate will assist project management staff in providing overall on-site administrative and technical management on construction project site.
• Assist in the supervision of total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
• Assist in determining man power levels, material quantities, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure that time cards are completed to accurately reflect hours worked.
• Assist project management in developing and implementing project procedures and working documents.
• Advise senior level supervision/project management of potential problems, interferences and schedule difficulties.

Company Compensation:Looking to pay $65 - 90k depending on experience, project size and value. They offer truck allowances, 401k, PTO, Medical. #1149671
