Position Summary

Operates a full range of diversified electronic equipment for the building, testing, troubleshooting and repair of the complete line of assemblies, subassemblies and final assemblies.

Principal Responsibilities

• Compliance to all work instructions, Quality regulations, SOP's, WI, GMP's and GDP's in the effort to manufacture high-quality medical devices at all times.
• Perform assembly of components, chassis and assemblies working from written instructions, drawings and BOMs.
• Assemble various electronic and mechanical assemblies such as cables, wires, connectors, components, etc.
• Perform product testing and final assembly packaging.
• Perform repair/rework on assemblies
• Minimal supervision required.
• Assist Mfg. Engineering with work instructions, verifing work instructions, testing procedures, methods and fixtures.
• Other duties as assigned

Education / Experience Requirements

High School/Trade School or GED required.
3-5 year related experience, preferably working in a manufacturing setting

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

Ability to lift 100 lbs
Stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, grasping, talking, hearing and visual acuity to read and operate machinery.
