(Contingent upon available funding): 15.00 - 16.88, Hourly Work Schedule: Typically 8 hours/day, 5 days/week Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: This position will provide administrative support to the departmentchair, faculty and staff of the Anatomy and Cell Biology department in their function of teaching, research,service, and administration.

Assist the chair with department budget management, and other duties as requested. Assist Faculty with classroom set-up for exams, proctoring exams, participationin student review of COM and/or graduate course exams, generate exam results/reports. Administrativeduties include, but not limited to: purchasing, departmental budget management, travel arrangementsand processing claims, phone coverage, correspondence,mail, room scheduling, Liaison with Office of Research regarding grant and start-up fundsas requested by the Chair. Special Instructions to Applicants Education & Experience Position Qualifications:

Required:
Associate's degree orequivalent experience. A minimum of one year experience providingadministrative support.
